This page explains what data we collect when you contact Qismna through qismna.com, WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram, why we collect it, and how to have it deleted.

1. What we collect

• What you send us directly: name, school, governorate, role (director, teacher, other), phone number, email, and the text and images you send (for example a photo of a teacher assignment sheet or a timetable).
• When you contact us on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram: the phone number or account id and the display name of your profile, as passed to us by Meta's platforms.
• We do not use advertising tracking cookies on the site.

2. Why we use it

• To answer your requests: a timetable audit, a timetable modification, or information about the platform.
• To produce the pedagogical organisation and timetables you ask for.
• For the 2027-2028 pre-registration and to notify you when the new ministry guide is published, if you agreed to that.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. Messages transit through Meta's platforms (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) under their own policies; your data is stored on our own servers.

4. Retention

We keep contact data for as long as your request or pre-registration is active, and the documents you send only for as long as needed to deliver the requested service. You can ask for deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to cancel a pre-registration, by writing to team@qismna.com or sending the word "delete" on the same channel. We act on it within working days.
